Discovery
In the Discovery Phase, Tristar Commerce performs a thorough market analysis of major competing products and determines your product’s unique value. In this phase we will:
• Review your product
• Study the Amazon market share for the category your product will fall under
• Calculate the potential monthly volume
• Determine a good price point for your product
• Research any potential restrictions and gating issues
• Research keywords
• Analyze competitive reviews
• Purchase and test out competitors products
• Develop product packaging in compliance with Amazon’s packaging requirements.
By the end of the Discovery Phase, you will have a Market Share and Potential Competition Report, and a well-optimized strategy necessary for your product’s launch.

Phase 2
Product Launch
In this phase, your product launches with a well-designed Amazon listing. Our in-house specialists will:
• UPC Registration
• FNSKU Labeling
• Listing Creation
• Craft listing bullet points and product descriptions that convert
• Ensure the use of Keywords to help with SEO and Ranking
• Develop professional product photos in accordance to Amazon Specs
• Produce videos in compliance with Amazon’s specifications.
• Amazon account setup
• Legal setup for things like company and product trademark services that help
with your Amazon listing validations
• If there is product certification needed we will work with a company to help you
get those certifications required by Amazon
• and Logistics Services to help you get your product from your warehouse to Amazon Fulfillment Centers

Phase 3
Product Accelerator
The third and final phase is our Product Accelerator process. Once you launch you want to be sure to launch strong, build up sales velocity, and climb the Best Seller Ranks of Amazon within the first couple of weeks. Doing so will trigger the Amazon Algorithm to add things like the “Amazon Best Seller” badge as well as “New to Amazon” badges. This strong sales velocity coupled with new reviews is what keeps your listing on top and continuously selling.
